Default Removing the lower D pillar and cargo area trim pieces

Continuing with the rust repair on the right rear door jam. Got a rust free door jam from Will Tillery and planning to get it welded in. I've removed what I can to protect from heat exposure, but at a loss as to how to remove the lower trim in the cargo area. The RAVE only lists (that I can find) how to remove the upper trim, which I've done twice before for sunroof work. The lower plastic panels are a puzzler. I've removed all the "fir tree" push pins I could find, I've taken off the cargo front by removing the two torx screws down inside under the seat belt panel and in the rear, the small vent. My truck (2000 D2) does not have rear air.

So, does anybody know how to remove the lower trim panels? It does appear to have a small lip that fits tightly against the side glass, which concerns me as I don't want to put pressure against the glass.

Either way, removed or not, I'll do the repair on Saturday morning (8/17) and take pictures and post in the very near future. Plan to shield what I can't remove with damp towels so should be good to go. The repair spot appears to be about a 4" square, but we'll see when I get the rust cut out.

Any thoughts on panel removal would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

I saved this for an upcoming job to replace my fuel door actuator. The video shows the removal of the trim.

There is one push pin retainer inside the rear vents, one screw at the top of the seat belt retractor cover, and depending on 7 pass or 5 pass 1 or more screws at the side fitment where the cargo bins or seats are.
