Has anyone removed, and re-installed their SE7 jump seats? I want to pull mine for my summer trip, and put them back in when scouting season starts again in Fall...I often have a bunch of kids in tow on scout trips.

Rave says to fabricate a spring retainer, but I'm wondering if there are other solutions that you all have figured out.

I have. Ran without them for months, but put that back in for Scouts too. I didn't use the rave, just took out the bolts and removed them. It wasn't too bad.

 

Thanks, Jamie. It looks straightforward, but the workshop manual seemed to make more of it. I'll just pull them.
