Well, Mike called and asked me to do a few things... I could not get the Disco to drop until I opened the rear door and sat on the bumper.

Then, on Sunday...with the Disco empty, I woke to find it dropped to the ground again!

I think I'll need to take it into Brett (mechanic) to have him take a look and clear some codes. I think the right side was all the way down and the drivers side just part of the way.

Make sure he can access your SLS codes, if not find someone that can. Have them read, write them down and ask them to reset/recalibrake the system and see if the issue goes away.
Let me know what you find.

SO after much deliberation, I DISCOvered that my DiscoII has some leaky airbags. I ordered the Arnott bags as the dealer wanted my first born of a set... and I put them in. It's been a couple of day and she's holding steady. I've worked on cars from the 50's through the 80's but this was my first Landy repair (currently my "project car" is a '58 VW ragtop). Changing the left one was a chore as I was not 100% on what to do so I took my time plus I was working a lone most of the time. I has my friends appear just as I was installing the new bag/spring.

The right side took 15 minutes! I'm still dealing with the 3 Amigos but I'm notr ready to dump a pretty penny on the ABS module yet. Anyone know if ther's gonna ever be a class action on the '04s to force a recall or is it a dead issue?

I went through all of the same issues with my 99 disco. There are a few things you can do to ABS with out replacing mod, check post to see.

OK the airbags went in...Drove great! For 2 months. Started sagging again. Took it in, cleared the codes. No good. After a week of water squirting...it was determined that the compressor was leaking now. I decided that rather than dropping $900 on a compressor, I'd drop $589 on a spring/coil conversion. Been happy but kinda sad. If I come into some real money, I'll convert it back.

Anyone want to buy some lifetime Arnott airbags?

Do you think it could be something else? It appears to be happening on only one side though it was 3AM when I left the club and I think it might have been both sides.
I should mention mention that I have an HSE7 no ACE.

What do you think Mike?
Its the airbag... Mike helped me with this issue on my daughters 2000 disco II. I got a used one from my indi guy...well it looked almost new......Miami Rovers has great prices and always has parts...and i changed it myself in about an hour . It's a little bit of a pain jacking the chassie and also the suspension, but not to big a deal. $60.00 and she was back on the road. It's been 2 weeks and not a leak.

Thanks Mike...
