Default Replaced Interior Fuse Block. Now things are wonky

2001 Discovery II

I replaced my interior fuse block after noticing the old one had a crack which was keeping my AC from working. The replacement fuse block came from a 2003 and was slightly different in appearance but all of the harnesses hooked up just fine to the back.

Well, since swapping, my rear wiper won’t stop, my front wipers don’t stop at the bottom, and I have a door chime even when the key is not in but the driver door is open.
Is the wiring different from a 2001 to a 2003 fuse block??

Yes. They are different internally, and there are some different relays.

Nope. Here are the fusebox #'s below.

03/04 won't swap into 99/02 - sorry

99/02 = YQE103320 -> YQE103830 -> YQE000110 -> YQE000250 -> YQE000410
03/04 = YQE000251

Sorry about the thread necromancy but since the parts numbers I need are already listed it makes it a bit easier!
My D2 has the crank/no spark issue and since I've replaced the CKP and it made no difference, research leads me to the beast needing the IDM/interior relay panel and they are largely unobtanium right now. I already found out from research I can't use the facelift YQE000251 .
Now for those who may have troubleshot this in the past, can I simply jumper the ignition relay for testing purposes? My truck was starting and running and randomly dying and would then restart after a bit.

You have a bad crank sensor.

The crank sensor has been replaced with a Autozone Bosch sensor, and that made no diference to the operation (or lack thereof) the vehicle.

Found an open fuse in the under hood fuse box and the Rover fired right up. It helps to have the Rave electrical manual and to print it out on 11x17 paper too.
I let it idle for 20 ,mimutes and it didn't die so that's a good sign. That's about the best I've gotten so far in this merry chase.
