Default Replacement flip key fob with electronics - will work?

I know from other threads that there are cheap shell replacements where you pull the circuit board from the og non flip key and drop it in the new flip shell, but my circuit board is screwed up from broken buttons (one of the little rectangular silver resistors with black rubber trigger button broke off the circuit board) so I think I'll need a full replacement key. I hate the original cheap circular non flip keys and found these replacements on eBay :

You can rebuild your circuit board's buttons. They sell a kit for that. I have the Chinese key fob. I like it. Its something to play with when your board too. Dual purpose.
