Default Replacement Hub and sensor (new or used)

I have a 99 Disco II and need to replace the Hub and Sensor, and wanted to get everyones thought on whether to buy it from Roverlands (used for $225) or new From British Atlantic for $400. I don't want to be penny whise and pound foolish and be stuck replacing it again in 6-12 months...Thank you for any input you guys may have.

Call and ask if they know how many miles are on it. If it's close to what you have, i wouldn't bother. Give this guy, Will, a call, he always way underprices roverland.

Just curious, why do you feel you need to replace the hub?

You should be able to get a low mileage used hub and sensor for $125 shipped don't be afraid to haggle. Call Justin at Lucky 8, will Tillery (roverguy.com) or paul grant (look over on LRO classifieds for email).

Its easy but you need a large breaker bar and socket to remove the hub nut and then you need a torque wrench that goes up to 360 lbs. You also should have a 3 legged gear puller.
