Rhythmic tick from bottom of front cover
it’s there all the time. Definitely coming from inside the motor. Gonna check the oil pressure next.
Here is the video. Im zeroing on the loudest spot from the stethoscope and you can really hear the tick before and after the fan noise.

IDK, those pressures look pretty good. I would remove the belt and run it for just a bit without any accessories just to rule those out before I pulled the engine cover. If it remains, then on to the pump.
Oil pressure is not bad, I would not expect a cracked pump to do that. Good idea on running it with the belt off. Does it do it stone cold? Does it do it at highway speed? You might want to pull all the plugs, put a wrench on the crank pulley and see if you can feel anything like a hitch at one spot in the rotation.
Right, but one more test when cold before replacing the oil pump: duct tape your shop vac to your exhaust with motor OFF but run the shop vac and then listen for a leaky "exhaust" up front.
Did the shop vac test. Got under the car with a stethoscope. Could not find any exhaust leaks. Took the serpentine belt off and the noise is still there. Its hard to hear from inside the car so you cant rally hear it when driving and the noise is 99% for sure coming from the bottom of the front cover. You can barely hear it from the top with the hood open because the fan and the rest of the normal noises are drowning it out. I feel strongly that either it is the oil pump or some other bottom end ticking transmitting through the crank.
