Default The is Ridiculous!

Sooo.. I have read before about how low the gas mileage can be on the LR's... but, after only driving about 50 miles, I already had to put in 5 1/2 more gallons if I wanted the take to stay full!.... It is crazy! Thats like 9-10 miles to the gallon! I Have heard of the snorkles, and air filters and whatnot, but could someone just give me a list of everything that could keep my mpg up?? I've used both the LUCAS Oil and Fuel additives... soo any feedback would be great! Thank you!

Check Tire Pressure
Mis-alignment
Maybe you have a modified gear ratio
Jackrabbit driving
fowlded plugs
Dirty air filter
Use the correct octane 91
Roof racks and other items create lower gas milage
Take the load of bricks out of your trunk (jk)

Good luck!!
