Default Rocker replacment

I am rebuilding a motor and just got my heads from Will Tillery. I'm planning on replacing the wearable parts such as lifters, pushrods, rockers and rocker shafts. Is it necessary to replace the springs and other little parts on the rocker assembly or do they not wear?

Cam will be replaced. And like I said lifters and rods will be replaced as well but the rocker assembly is on backorder and is a bit pricey @ $400 per assembly considering I can rebuild both shafts (rockers and shafts) for $300 total. just wasn't sure on the springs and such.

If the assemblies are on B/O, I would buy the shafts and rockers and reuse the old springs and washers. Assembling them is easy, just make sure you check for the notch on the end of the shaft, and make sure the rockers are on the right way. I believe the push rod side of the rockers goes on the same side as the notch, but check the RAVE to be sure.

Mainly because I am not finding them readily available and if the springs and washers aren't normal wear items, why spend the extra $50. I'm not cheaping out, I'm just not into spending money that doesn't need to be spent.
