Rocker Shaft Wear- Too Much?

Rocker Shaft Wear- Too Much?
Rocker shaft is worn on the underside. Towards the ends of the shafts the wear is .002 and toward the center the wear is .004. The rockers have cut a groove on the underside only. Do these shafts/rockers require replacement? What will happen if they are used? Valve clatter? Poor oiling?
Suggestions or ideas? If I don't have to replace these, would be nice not too!
