Does anyone have the dimentions of the D2 full sized roof rack? I am trying to figure out the cost of fabricating one myself.

Low profile

Does anyone know of a roof rack that sits low enought to fit into a standard garage. I have about 4 inches between the top of my garage door and my disco without a lift I should add.

No.
With a full roof rack you cannot even fit into most parking ramps.
