Damn thats cheap. I'm assuming it doesnt include the mounting hardware to the roof bars though?

 

Beats me. There are some full length "van" racks that range in price between $80 to $160 that mount to your perimeter roof rain gutter that could be used to mount those racks in the rear, though.

Pretty ordinary WalMart stuff. Save your receipt and return it if it doesn't work to your tastes.

Half racks are cheap.
