Default Rotella T5 Oil Change & Level...

I know how much the Land Rover community loves Oil Threads so I have to ask if all is well here and operating as designed.

Shell Rotella T5 6 quart oil change along with new Mobil1 filter (K&N filter unavailable for a week). Complete drain and fill and absolute cold engine left off over night this is the morning level:

The level lands exactly where the arrow's tail ends. On hot engine it drops a bit lower to the "full" indentation on the dip stick. Just to verify before venturing off on a long journey that this is exactly where it needs to be.

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Excelllent. Thank you for the help and timely response.

(I also appreciate the regulars cutting me some slack for some dumb questions lately but Disco Paranoia has been pounded into me from day from everyone I speak with that I have to double-check and validate before and after anything is done.)

Looks perfect. Also, the Mobil is a better filter than the K&N, so you're better off.

Don't worry too much about your Disco. Just drive it and maintain it extremely well while also watching temps and watching out for indications of driveshaft noise/vibration. Other than that, you're pretty much fine and shouldn't have too many issues.

Also, I do agree the bigger filter (M1-301) is perfect if that isn't what you used. However, I didn't mean to press thanks on that post.

The only issue I have currently is an engine vibration with low idle. It occurred after using a bottle of Techron or at least that is when I noticed it. That tank of shell93 mixed with Techron is already burned up and a new full tank of shell93 is in the tank now however the low idle remains. No codes, no lights or any other indication that something may be wrong. My wife says I am just being paranoid but I feel something is slightly off.
