Rotor filter

Last maintenance I had to replace the rotor filter but forgot to

Is it possible to replace the rotor filter without changing the oil ?

I have a disco TD5 (2001 model)

As long as it is on top of the engine yes, just make sure you add oil to make up for what is lost while changing the filter.
