Rough Acceleration

Rough Acceleration
I have owned my 2000 Discovery II for 5 years, 123,000 miles. Several months back I swapped out the plugs and wires due to misfiring. All has been well, until this week. I changed my oil and filter Sunday evening. Today my wife noticed the truck riding rough during acceleration. The engine sounds fine in park even when I rev the rpm's. It feels like a misfire, but my experience and gut tell me it is something else. Could it be the transmission? I used synthetic oil this time, if that helps.

RE: Rough Acceleration
My check engine light is not on. I used the auto zone cheapo cables, but good plugs. It just feels different than the plugs and wires. I can't explain it but different.
I have never had the greaseless u-joints replaced. Are the u joints part of the drive shaft? Where can I find a picture of diagram of the u-joints?
