Default Rough idle issue

Hey all, bough this 00 disco 2 a few weeks ago and have an issue with rough idle. it had a bit of a rough idle when i got it but was unnoticeable when driving.

when i got it back to my shop i changed out the spark plugs for new NGK BKR6E's because the old plugs looks pretty old. they were champions with half the electrodes burned away and rusted bases. after i saw that i thought for sure that was my problem. after the new plugs it doesn't seem to have improved all that much. the plug wires look to be in decent shape and definitely have to be newer than the plugs were.

any ideas?

If not throwing codes, like misfires (which would point toward plug wires), consider cleaning IACV (idle air control valve) and throttle body. Hold off trying to clean MAF sensor. Full set of shop manuals in the RAVE download link below.

the only code it has (which does not trigger the light) is "Rough Road Signal Implausible"

i have the rave, i'll look into the IACV.

When ever you post a code, post the fault code number.
How many miles on it, are you loosing any coolant and what color are the plug wires?

You are correct, that code usually doesn't turn the light on. Does the light come on and go off when starting though?

not sure if it will post a code, i've driven about 1000 miles with the same issue.

it has 197k on it, no coolant loss that i know of and the plug wires are grey.
