I have a rough/stumbling idle it started out to just do it here or there at red light now it’s almost always at idle. I have no check engine light. I have replaced spark plugs, coils, wires, fuel injectors upstream o2 sensors I cleaned idle air valve, oil separator. I really don’t know what else to check !!!

How many miles? Timing chain and gears, low compression, vacuum leak, maybe try changing gas stations or low fuel pressure (bad pump).
I guess, if l did all of the work you've done with no improvement...my next step would be...throwing a vacuum gauge on it...this will tell you the quailty of the engine. Then check compression and/or exhaust manifold at each cylinder when hot at idle, with IR gun, to see if you have an unusually low output cylinder(s).
Also, are you sure your check engine/service engine soon light works? Does it come on when you first turn the key to the second position?
Brian.
