I can't help you with a shop, but I'll be in and around Marksville and Oberlin next week.
If there's anything you might need help with, I'll see if I can grab some time to give you a hand.

thanks for the offer... i live nearly five hours from marksville though... i think later this week i am gonna order my new suspension, RTE springs and OME shocks... i should be able to get through that no problem, but i think my center diff is locked up, no matter what i do i cant move the lever in any direction, and i have no clue how to even start with something like that so i was hopin to find a shop or somethin to have a look at it...

If your in the Baton Rouge area, check out JEFF COBB AUTOWORKS. He does alot of Rovers & knows his stuff. in fact he also owns a Disco II. He recently did a head gasket / overahaul on mine...he had me come over & walked me throught the process as he was doing it. Good stuff.
Good Luck.

update on the difflock deal... got it workin last saturday... sure enough the lever was froze up... after some pbblaster and workin it for like an hour... its now back in prime condition, and when i went to attach the rubber gater thing instead of rivets i went back with plastic screw wedges, i'm not sure what they are really called and then i just put screws to hold it in place, that way if i ever have to get back to it i can just take out the screws and then put it back together..., spike the info you gave me was great, thanks
