Unhappy Rovertym 5'' lift

Hi there to everyone, I just install the 5'' lift on my disco and i need extended shocks, I'm using rancho 9000 in the back (wich are fine), and i'm looking for the right rancho for the front, it have to be a Rs5000, if any one know how much travel i need to get?

7100 Bilsteins, Ranchos are crap on a Disco, especially one with such a tall lift.
You may want to look at some drive line mods., front cross bar relocation, possible double double cardon front shaft and a beefed up rear with one double cardon.

I already upgrade the front drive shaft with HD greaseble u joints, in the rear i'm still using the rotoflexs, but i will replace that later... Any idea on the shocks part number? I need to fixs this by next week

Well i got a lift from rovertym it's a 3 inch lift but looks like 4.5 to me my shocks got 10inches of travel and if you look at my front shocks right they are already out 6inches so that's telling me that my travel is just 4inches, so at least need 14inch travel shocks, thats what i really need to be ok.......
