Default errrrr, okay, head gasket replacement, valve job, and 3" rovertym lift

goodbye Christmas bonus!
hello lift and running rover.
I'm in a bit of a time crunch to have all that ready in order to make a cross country drive and i have a few questions. Who here has dealt with rovertym and the shop "rover automotive" located next door to rovertym?

So far they seem good, I didn't have many choices given the time constraints. What things should I ask them to ensure its all being done correctly, and do any of you here have advice regarding getting shop work done etc?

on a shop note, both rovertym and rover automotive have been super easy to work with, and seem great.
