What is the difference between the two?

The second one certainly costs less.
Or a better idea to order a rear shaft from TW with the 4 bolt conversion. With the weather in Chicago, bitter cold to burning hot-- the rubber seems not to last long.
I have confirmations that people changed theirs once every year. So in 4 years, thats 400 dollars you could invest in TW and forget about it.

What are you running on? Rubber or metal?

Well the only difference between the two rubber couplers is that one says Land Rover and the other one does not.
Is the name worth the extra $20? No.
Mine has a u-joint at the rear diff. It was that way when I bought it.

Not sure if this will fit a DII also or not, its says its for a DI but I dont know for 100% if that is true.

A rotoflex will last from 80,000 to 100,000 miles before needing to be replaced. Rover connection has a better price on both.
The after market unit they sell is good, don't buy one from the local auto parts store, they are cheap and do fail frequently.
Make sure when installing either that you point the directional arrow in the right direction and don't waste your money replacing the drive shaft.
