I have seen certain running boards that have have some sort of 'pipe' on them, (maybe aluminum, maybe steel,) and was wondering where those could be found? Are they rare? and more expensive than the standard black? Any info is greatly appreciated

 

You mean these ones ? I "used" to have them.........



The tube is stainless steel, They look nice, are not actually "that" good as steps, and bend easily when you sit 2 tons of Disco on them lol. They were very expensive when "new" but can be bought for around £170 a pair now.
