At 70 MPH my RPM's run just under 3,000 and at 60 MPH around 2,000-2,500. What are your RPM's and are you noticing any abnormal sounds coming from the drivetrain or transmission? Also curious if your still using the original front driveshaft. If so you might want to change it out for an aftermarket fully serviceable driveshaft. Original shaft is prone to failure and early symptoms may include vibrations while cruising down the highway. When the fail you can say goodbye to the drivetraine......

Welcome to the forums. Hope this helps.

Are you running in sport or normal mode? I always use sport. I like the slight bump in downshift response, but it seems to be a tad smoother in normal.

At 60mph I'm running right around 2250. And I think I have something wrong with my mode button it doesn't do anything when I push it so I have no lights on and assume it's in normal mode. And I don't know if it has the oe front shaft In it I crawled underneath and it's a double cardigan shaft and it looks like it has new u-joints in it and drives smooth

If rebuilt, you should have 4 grease zerks and a plug for one on the barrel.
You can pop off the shifter handle and base to see if your button is hooked up.
Do you have any tranny related codes? Tranny fluid been changed? Fluid levels good?
Rpms sound fine

okay ill check it out tonight when i get home i appreciate the imput. no codes and i just changed the fluid last night just to see if there was any material in the pan but other than the fluid being dark it looked/smelled good. im sure its probably fine im just not used to how it shifts im used to working on chevy trucks where you feel every shift and have a noticeable rpm drop when changing gears. thanks again

Very different from any domestic vehicle. Regarding codes, someone correct me if im mistaken but I dont believe that transmission vault codes show up in the dash.... If memory serves me right there is a separate computer that remembers/stores any vaults related to the transmission? If im right than a normal check engine code reader may not be able to pull up any transmission vault codes.
