I was on my way to work when a d1 was driving a head of me and crossed over to the exit lane when traffic starts to become backed up The guy driving the Disco did stop in time however a couple of young teenagers in a early 90's buick regal was racing down highway 80 I saw them apporaching me from the right side of my Disco didn't stop in enough time ( I had that same feeling when my mom's D2 was hit by the yota). The buick slams into the trailer hitch and the rear step of the D1 and kinda of pushes the D1 a few inches then the buick spins around and lands on the side of the road parts and glass are everywhere the front of the buick was smashed in like all the way to the drivers compartment and it started smoking. Looking from my disco the airbags had deployed in the buick and both teens apeared to be in serious pain. The guy in the D1 knowing his truck wasn't really if at all damaged races to the buick to help the two teens in their car. Others stopped on the side of the road to help the teens out of the buick. There wasn't much i could do however i was able to call the CHP and report the accident they told me they had already knew about it. The D1 didn't substain any damaged like all D1's it has the factory steel bumper the trailer hitch had red paint over it and the rear step was slightly bent otherwise to the naked eye the D1 was untouched. traffic had really slowed up that's how I was able to see everything unfold when the traffic clear and I was driving away from the scene a dude in a mercedes said to me ("man your truck is bulit like a tank i gonna get me one") I knodded in response and though to myself "that's why i drive a rover.
