Default Running hot

I have a 2001 Discovery SEII and I recently replaced the water pump and thermostat because of the car running hot. After replacing the parts, the car is still running hot. The heat also will not work get hot unless I'm driving and the car runs hot. Didn't find any leaks and everything looks good. Any ideas??

Air in the system? Do you hear slosh waterfall sound in the heater core? Search and follow proper bleed procedure... Bleed and bleed again

" Running hot"
Best advice is to NOT. Rover Engine you destroy may be your own!

I had the same issue until I replaced the TB heater, flushed the heater core, replaced the rad, and installed a 180* stat. Fixed everything.
