Sad Day
Happy Holidays everyone,
I thought I would be happy (wallet) to see my 2000 Discovery 2 to be sold. I finally managed to get her repaired for emissions and had the body work done. The day I relisted her for sale it sold. I was hoping deep down the subaru would sell first but my luck a Land Rover lover followed the saga and was waiting for it to come back on the market.
My wife is happy it is gone but she thinks it was a money pit. Now this means I am car shopping for her to get her something better. Though I wish I still had it and am already eyeing a discovery 1 or a range rover classic. Any thoughts on what I should go for? I am going to sit till I find a great one for sale. At the moment I think our next buy is a 5 series or 7 series BMW from 2002 to 2006. I hate having to wait to get my toy again....

Personally I love the way BMW drives and handles. But being in business for myself now, I have noticed BMW don't age well, compared to other European makes they have a lot of mechanical problems. If you are set on a BMW, make sure you get an extended warranty, you won't regret it.
