Very interesting you noticed such a difference, but glad you found what works for you. Was the Lucas fluid anything special, for worn or noisy components, anything like that?

Yeah I was surprised too. The Lucas I used was nothing special and had not additives. Anyways not a scientific test by any stretch - just felt a lot more responsive with the remanufactured box.
