SAI Cleaning?
Hello all,
Got a new code here p1415 and saw that it had to do with the SAI. Went ahead and checked the power and was working properly but after digging that area saw one of the thinner hose was disconnected. I then went ahead and connected it, gave it a little zip tie as a temporary holder and clear the code. After a day of minimal driving got a pending code of p1412 so I’m thinking of cleaning out that SAI canister however the race manual says to replace the gasket. Can’t see to find that gasket anywhere online so my question: would cleaning out the SAI clear the code? Would you happen to know where I can find a gasket to order online?

thank for replying. Yes I cleared the code with a scanner and it went from being a “stored” code to now a “pending code”. Everything seems to work find and I hear the SAI working when cold starting however I’m concerned to the code and the CEL coming back.
sounds like one of the valves is not opening via the vacuum lines when the motor runs properly. I would inspect those vacuum lines in the wire harness from the air pump to canister to the valves to see if one of the lines has a crack or is broken.
