I'm gonna delete my sai .what do I need to order to plug the holes in the heads?

 

If I were to do that, I'll remove the tubes, cut it, crimp the ends and bend it and hammer it flat and return the cut portion back. Cheers

 

You'll get a CEL if you do that btw, unless you can find an ECU from a truck that didn't have SAI originally.

 

Yep. I am currently hunting down a set with ecu bcu and gauges. I have the motor coming out and thought this would be the time. That sai system is a pet peeves of mine. I want to build this truck to be just what I want

 

Someone welded the 4 SAI bolts closed on my Disco 2. Surely they removed the bolts and welded them not on the truck, then screwed them back in.

They also removed the metal+rubber SAI pipes.

They left the SAI pump, though... so I replaced it with an automatic fire extinguisher for my engine bay. I had one on an older vehicle that wasn't getting any use, so I just moved it to the Disco where it might provide some peace of mind.
