Salvage Door Lock Actuator

So my passenger side actuator is acting up, took the door apart and figured out that the little plastic sleeve that the lock handle goes through is offering just enough resistance to keep the passenger side door from locking, so I removed it and now it works most of the time, I did not dissasemble the actuator itself, but might at a later time to see if I can fix whatever is wrong, it seems to me that the "Lock" teeth are worn because if there is any resistance it will not lock, "Unlock" is still uneffected..
This brings me to my question, $140 seems a bit pricey, anybody know of a good source??

Pancho, the 12v motor gets weak.
Take yoru actuator apart adn take the motor to Radio Shack, you can buy another low speed 12v motor that fits, put the old gears oin the new motor, wire it back up and BAM!, working door lock...$12.
Otherwise...www.roverlandparts.com
www.autosportsunlimited.com
I have a write up on this bookmarked somewhere.
