Tune-up Parts:
Plug Wires: Karlyn STi #721. You will be getting a ton of recommendations for Kingsborn Wires and I'm not a fan. I've had those fail many times on Rovers and other cars. You will be impressed with the STI Wires > https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/lan...e-rover-hls103
Plugs: I run NGK #3546 (# PFR6N11 ) and the DII seems to like them. Look around for a good price, but they look like this > https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ngk-3546
Coils: OE #ERR6045 L8 has a very good price. Avoid the Cheap-O Ebay coils. > IGNITION COIL SET x2 PAIR ? Lucky 8 Parts and Accesories for Land Rovers

Again, I recommend you take a look at the existing wires and let us know what brand they are. They should be marked. And remove a spark plug and let us know what it is.
If you need plugs I recommend the factory stock Champion 7070s (RC11 PYP B4). Mine have over 50K on them with no problems. No need for snake oil. As for wires I have STIs on my truck - 60K and still going strong.
Some guys go ahead and change the coils too, but coils fail only rarely on DIIs. Probably a waste of money and time.

6 wires : gray Leoni Supression 2015 silicone
2 Wires: Black 7mm Radio Suppression Hi Temp
Didn't pull the plugs yet, I'm even guessing at this point if the leoni wires are factory and render replaced
