Default Scan gage/Hawkeye

Would someone please educate me a little more on these things?
I am familiar with OBD2 and 3, just not LandRovers.
I have an 04 Disco2.
I like what I've read about the Hawkeye, and am interested in buying one. I have also read here about Scan Gage (spelling/correct name?). After searching, I cannot find it again. I am reffering to the gage that gives you live, accurate temperature readings, and I think it is OBD2 connected?? Is oil pressure possible with this as well?
I saw a picture here a few weeks ago where someone had a small silver/grey guage mounted in the cointray location. It was back lit, and displaying the temperature.
Is there a scan tool available that can do what the Hawkeye can do, as well as display temp, and possibly oil pressure? I have been reading and searching, but I thought I would ask the guys that know, before I spend several hundred on the wrong thing.
Is buying a Hawkeye, and a seperate oil and temp guage the better thing to do?
I do all my own work, and would like to have a scan tool that can do the most.
Thank you for any help.

It sounds like you are referring to an Ultra-gauge.

UltraGauge OBDII Scan tool & Information Center

Yes! Ultraguage is what I had seen here.
The link didn't work, but I searched and found it.
I like it, but apparently it can't do what the Hawkeye can do.
I think I would be better off adding an aftermarket oil and temp guage, and buying a Hawkeye.
Anyone think there is a better choice?
And thank you sir for your help!

There is also a ScanGaugeII that came out before the UltraGauge. SG is more expensive, has some nice features but does lack the audible alarm. Well worth considering if unconcerned about the additional bucks.

Hawkeye and other multi-function scan tools are different animals. It's good to have both.

Yeah, after alot of reading, I think the Hawkeye and Ultragage is the way to go, and an oil pressure gage.
Thank you all for the advice.

I'll again add my 2¢: a cheap ODB wifi dongle cheap from china and DashCommand do very well for me. Can read any sensor, shows codes and clears codes.
Can't program keys and other complex things, but at 1/10th the price I'm happy.
I also have it running on an iTouch that sits front and centre on my console and acts as digital speedo or milage monitor, or whatever else I want.
