I have one as well, on my 01 DII. The Scanguage is a GREAT addition; money well spent in my opinion. I was able to eek about another 3-4 mpg by changing my driving style and observing the differences in fuel brands. In short, this is as close to the built-in trip computer the Disco SHOULD have had stock.
I placed mine on the center of the dash, running the cable up the gap between the dash and the door on the driver’s side. I didn't bother to permanently mount it; it just sits there. Looks surprisingly good!
As a huge bonus, it is a great ODB code reader. Saves a lot on trips to AutoZone after the Seafoam treatments

My fuel guage reads 1/2 to 3/4 when it plum full, will Scanguage give a better reading? I mean, does it read off the stock fuel guage, if so it wont help me? Correct? I want one regardless but I was hoping it will read acurate and then I dont have to worry about the factory guage.
