Aw man, never got to meet ya, Bill. You didn't miss out on the hog hunt, though. It was as coordinated as I was walking through the mud.......not at all.

Sorry I didn't cross paths with you guys. I was mostly driving with the other Houston LR Club members that made it. We had a great time even with the tornado like rainstorm up in the meadow at Camp Maybey Friday night. Our club members had a few issues like when I broke my alpine window going up the steep trail out of Old Camp. Got too close to a tree that clipped my roof rack and pushed the support into the glass. We also had a member whose front diff on his RR sheared off some teeth and had to be rebuilt in camp; lucky for him someone brought a spare. And one of our members got a bit too much mud on some electrical components on his LR3 so it ended up in a shop in Longview. Oh and I had a blow out about a mile from my home on the trip back on Sunday. Luckily the tire was one I really needed to replace and with the road hazard warranty I got a new one for aroun $90. And I was pretty happy with my outcome on the raffle, I purchased $60 in tickets but one 2 items I won that I priced out when I got home are worth around $200!

Here are a couple of snaps. Still working on my GoPro videos.

Haven't had a chance to wash my car so it still looks like someone threw a bucket of tomato soup all over it.

Good news is, those Alpine windows are a dime a dozen in the bone yards.

Yes, but my spare time is short right now so I found one on ebay for $35 plus shipping. And the clamp piece from my roof rack mount that flew off came in and got installed yesterday so the rack isn't being held on with a cargo strap that was wrapped around the bumper. That was quite the look!
