I saw some pics of a tray/cup holder on the jump seats. My new DII doesn't have those. Was that a option? Got to find those. Of course, after my tranny's fixed.

 

I think it was standard on the 3rd row. I had the jump seats added and the truck they were pulled from had it on one of the seats, but not on the other. My guess would be that they just clip to the seat frame instead of actually being screwed on and thus they were pretty easily knocked loose, broken, lost, etc.

I'll try to take a look and confirm this when I run out to lunch in a few minutes.

 

Yeah, it just snaps on to the 3rd row seat in the right rear. Goes between the seat and the well. It tends to pop off and then gets discarded. The left rear seat does not have one.

 

Gotcha...interesting that there wasn't one on the left jump seat. I always just assumed it had been lost. Anyway, for the benefit of the OP, here's what the right side one looks like from the underside...

Ah, it just hit me. The left side has the rear A/C unit in it so there is no room for the tray.

 

Exactly. If your rover isn't equipped with rear a/c, then it will have cup holders on both sides. There's a different piece of trim installed depending on if there's a/c in the back.

i pulled the seats out of my 7 to replace them with cargo bins, let me see if my seat still has is on it. I too have rear air which meens that you can not have two cargo bin,i have to modify the driver side to a smaller bin and install it some day. If i have the cup holder i will send you a PM.
