I have a 98 Discovery and the passenger side seat adjuster is messed up. I will do everything it is supposed to do except move it back. Right now it is stuck fairly close to the dash and people who ride with me doesnt much room for there legs. I can move the seat up, down etc.. I can even move it foward but the onlt thing it want do is move backwards. Does anybody know what the problem is or is there anything I can try to get it to work? Or is there even some sort of manual overide I can use to move it backwards? Thanks in advance.

I would start by checking the switch, it may have failed.
