secondary air pipe placement after heads
I'm trying to button up the top of my engine after heads replacement but having trouble finding how the hard pipe that goes to both sides of the engine for secondary air goes on. Does it have to go on before the manifold? Does it go below or above the coil packs? Going to be very upset if those have to come off again. I have looked at the RAVE but only mention of secondary air I can find are the adaptors that go in below the plugs. I can't find any pictures online of where this pipe bolts on.

No, you don't have to remove the coil pack or upper intake to install/remove the SAI pipe that runs along the firewall. The RAVE instructions say that you should disconnect the heater core hoses, but I have got mine in and out without removing them, it just takes time. You will need to disconnect the brake servo vac line going into the intake, the purge valve, and maybe a few other things to get it to fit but it will go in. Take your time and be careful not to break any of the plastic vac lines. The pipes bolts to the back of the upper intake, check out step "8" below. If you remove the hood it makes everything easier to see, but if you take it off mark the location of the hinges before you remove it so you can get the hood back in the correct place.
Here are the instructions directly from the RAVE.
