Service Engine Light after throttle body cleaning??
Thanks for the help guys, I am going to try and drive her around and see if it will go off, and if it doesnt then I will order one off ebay. Yeah I didnt start the disco until after I was done with everything.
Having being new to my discovery I was wondering if anyone had installed a block heater, and if you thought my 03 with 64k needs a block heater to survive the Montana winters, which are typically -30's.
One more question, about when winter does roll around, what will I need to do to winterize my disco.
Thanks for all the help guys, it is much appreciated!

I can see how maybe someone searching this thread "SEL after t-body cleaning" will have to read through all the unrelated winterizing info just to get the part where blcp86 updates.
--blcp86 should respond later and finish this thread with the update on his codes going away etc.

Hey Guys
Sorry to cause all these problems, but just to update, the light went away the next morning after letting her sit. I will open a new thread with my other questions, thanks for the help.

Mine came on after cleaning my TB too. I also had to clean my battery terminal posts so when I disconnected the battery the Engine light went off.....dont forget to have the code for your stereo handy!
