As a general rule, you should pull over immediately when any of your dash lights are blinking (well except the turn signals). That is how your truck tells you some real damage is being done, not just a warning. I only see 7mm Mag's at AB for $129.95. Call Cerrone's, they carry the 8mm's for $111.00.

Hello guys!!! Soory I had not responded earlier but Hurricane Dolly Visit me Here in Brownsville!! I had replaced the Plugs and Wires on the truck and It was working fine with the wires from Advanced Autoparts. Like I said thats was more than a month ago. The truck started to loose power and the suddenly the service engine soon light started flashing! After I searched the forums I found out that I should stop using the truck, which I did. I also learned that the MAFS could be a potential problem, I ordered the MAFS and when I received it I installed it and the truck performed a whole lot better. I test drove it and the service engine light was on but was not flashing. I went to fill it up with gas then after about five minutes the service engine light starting flashing again. I am running out of options and going crazy. I also read on another forum that it could be the catalytic converters is this true? I appreciate everyone the helps me!!

Before you go guessing and throwing more parts at it you might want to e-mail me your tele number so I can try and get you back in the right direction. Do not install the ordered MAF, it is most likely not needed.

It is not a MAF!!

It's your MAF most likely - I had the same problem and replacing it was the cure, though you may need plugs and wires.

Its the plug wires!!!! Advance Auto sells crap plug wires, they work fine on a Dodge or a Chevy with a cast iron engine, but on cars with a aluminum engine that disipates LOTS of heat they will not last more than, guess what, a month.
ITS THE PLUG WIRES!!!!
