Default Service Engine Soon

I just got a service engine soon light on. The light is solid, not flashing. I have 82,000 miles on my 2000 Disco II. I need help finding where the diagnostic port is? I want to take it to Autozone to find out what the error codes are. Also, need help as to where do I look up the codes.

Just take it to Auto Zone, they know the OBD2 port is down by the steering wheel.
Get back to use with the codes.
