Default SES Light, Code P0141

Had my SES light come on the other day after a hard brake and stomp on the throttle (have to love Connecticut Drivers). Just read codeS, pulled P0141, 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction, not sure what this means. ANy ideas. I cleared the code and will see if the light comes back on during my commute home. Just curious if this is anything I should be really concerned about.

Check the connections at the 02 sensor, if the code comes back, you may need an 02, sure is early by mileage.
Each 02 has a heater element that allows it to become active quicker as the truck warms up, yours may be failing. If a new one is needed, go to Atlantic British for some of the best 02 prices.

Thanks for the info Mike. Given the low miles on my truck and the fact it's still under CPO, would you think this is something that would be covered under warranty? Just curious what your opinion is, I've got a little laundry list of minor issues to bring in for warranty repair, so want to get them all done at one time.

90% sure that it will NOT be covered under warrenty. Wont hurt to ask though.

Had this code. F2 fuse was fine. Last week I changed the bank 1 downstream O2 sensor. 190 miles later, no more code or SEL light.
