Default SHOCKER: Won't Start...

Ok I'm guessing this has been gone over 1,000 times but here's my prob....turn the key and nothing happens, will not even try to turn over even with a jump. Probs I been having like from time to time when starting it will hardly turn over then have no issues starting but batt and charging are both good. Other issues are sometimes not letting it out of park and I will have to pump and move the shifter until the switch kicks in. That leave me to be leave its the safety switch but would that make it act like a low batt from time to time? Also where is the switch and can you bypass it? Oh sorry it's a 99.

So you turn the key, see dash lights as normal, but when you turn the key no click, no crank, nothing?

Everything works when the key is on but nothing from the starter.

I had something similar, and I had to take a steel toothbrush to the grounds and then it started up. I believe that some salty sand had created an issue on the ground. May not be the same exact issue, but could be resolved by similar means.

Now if it wasn't getting a good ground I wouldn't be getting good lights and all my key on's?

Low battery voltage and really funky connections to make it look bad to the merciless modules. There are several ground connections. If testing, run a battery jumper cable from negative battery post to engine.
