Default Shocks

My shocks are OE and have 93k on them. I want to replace them and I am thinking of upgrading to an aftermarket one. With no lift, what do you guys recommend? I have used Sky Jacker and Rancho in the past on other rigs.

A good option is Terrafirma, they are reasonably priced, and seem to be good quality:

Terrafirma Shock Kit - All Terrain - Land Rover from Atlantic British

You can use them with stock springs, or up to 3" lift. Also check out the youtube video on shock/spring replacement from Lucky8:

Do you do any wheeling, are you dissatisfied with the current height of your truck? I all you want are great shocks, that will really improve your ride then consider one of the three, Old Man Emu, Bilstein or 1 of the 3 made by iron man suspensions.
You can always add coils later just realize, and replacement coils will lift your truck.

atlantic british has the Terrafirma kits for 399. they are out of stock until July 5th from what they told me.... also if you want to get the pro sport shocks they told me they will give me a kit price for a set of those and the regular medium duty springs which give a 2 inch lift or for you who does not want a lift get the light duty. This is what I am planning on doing once I have the money..

Their site is fine, Click on D2, 99-04 parts and scrowel down to the coils of shocks you are looking for.
