Smile Shocks which ones are good?

Ok, I have been trying to search the past post and not finding everything I was hoping for so...

I have an 2003 Disco II I want to have a daily driver, that can tow a pop up camper and I plan to get the hidden winch for the front. So any idea's would be great... and which shocks and springs are good and which are not...

Thanks

If you will be adding a winch then go with heavy duty springs and shocks.
Old Man Emu are probably the best.

Old Man Emu or Rovertym for springs. Heavy duty springs regardless of what maker you go with. For shocks Old Man Emu or Bilstein.

You can buy a great set of OME coils, HD shocks and a steering stabilizer for about $700 and change from Tony at the LRRF, 650-365-4145

$727 is what I just paid for my kit from LRRF. $801 with shipping and it was here in 3 days.

That was about $801 more than my budget but I would do it again. What good is money if you spend it. I give the government enough, I want to spend some on me once in a while. $600 is on the extreme low end for HD springs and shocks. AB sells a kit for around $600 that is supposedly popular in the UK but hardly sells here in the states. I went with the OME because I knew exactly what I was getting and knew I could get help with it if needed since so many have used that kit.
