Double check your Option B ground.

As Best 4x4 said, check your ground I had to hunt for a good ground and finally got a solid ground by running that wire over to a ground near the SAI pump.

Underneath the air intake is a mount point for the AC line. I used this location for mine. If you really want to be sure, there are two actual ground points in front of the air cleaner itself on the core support.
