Default Silicone Intake tube reinforcement hoops

Hi All,

The hoops are in. Solid aluminum construction.

We are going through all the orders systematically and sending out replacements. Once this process is finished I will follow up on this thread and if anybody has not received them we will send them out immediately.

Thank you all for the support.

Haven't had the collapsing issue at all. Only fitment of the whole snorkel, but that's another issue all together

This has been a random issue only confirmed by 2 users, but that’s 2 too many.

so, the hoops are going out.

Is there any way I could get a replacement set of the tube to body seals? I moved my tube from my parts truck to my new one and the adhesive didn't come off cleanly.

You mean the read seal?

I have an extra one on my desk. Did you use both for your install?

Since there didn't seem to be any guidelines of what to do with them, I used both -- one on the body of the truck and one to match it on the face of the duct. I figured that the two pieces were designed to press together and form a seal. When I peeled the one off the body panel on my old truck, some of the adhesive strip was damaged so it doesn't stick to the new truck all the way around. I could probably just use some RTV or silicone but an unbroken original adhesive loop would be nicer.
