Default Slip Joint Question

If I just leave a zerk/grease fitting in the front prop shaft will I need to get it rebalanced? I searched and couldn't find an answer.

Thanks,

No, but you do stand a chance of teating it off of the drive shaft when it gets hit, and if you go play much, it will get hit, so go put the old factory plug back in and use the grease fitting to lube it only.

Good Point, didn't even think of that. Not much question as to how quick it would be gone.
