I saw a land rover that had a key lock on the gas cap so it wouldn't fly open all the time and a rubber thingy pulled over his side mirror. Does anyone know where I can find these? I've googled and was unable to locate it.

My fuel door and passenger side mirror are broken obviously

 

Parts dismantlers like Paul Grant might be a good source, and support your local boneyard. A real serious Rover renovator plans the holiday trips so they can pass the most number of junkyards. "Honey, this'll just take a minute.... I'll save $400..."

 

The key lock was probably on a d1. the d2 should stay locked until you press the fancy button on the dash.
