Thumbs up So Far, So Good

Just got back from a 1300 mile trip. Very uneventful... which is good! Temps were good. Cruise on at 70mph, A/C on, 91 degrees out, scan gauge showed 194 degrees. Stopped at the gas station, temp didn't go above 201 degrees after idling for 10 minutes. (FYI: I run 2/3 distilled water, 1/3 coolant + 2 bottles of water wetter) Got 18-19mpg cruising between 70-75 mph. (I'm sure I could have got better mpg if I were doing 65) No check engine light, no weird noises, didn't use any oil or coolant. It's been almost a year since I did the head gaskets. Things are looking good. Just some positive input for all the naysayers out there that claim these D2's are nothing but a 10mpg P.O.S. money pit!!!
