I had just purchased a 03 disco II and noticed at night the light that shows where some of my controls are don't work...the switches for both sunroofs don't illuminate at night...neither does the front fog light switch, the gas release switch and the window cleaner for the rear window swicth....anyone know of the problem? also for the front fog lights...they don't work, don't even get the little light on the button to turn on when i push it...when my car is completely turned off with the lights on though the little indication light lights up green but when i press it I hear a clicking noise somewhere behind me....PLEASE HELP!!! fuses maybe??

 

1. Dimmer switch control either adjusted too far, or defective.

2. Fuses F20, F11, and F33 of interior fuse box might be in play.

Down load the free RAVE tech manual set below. One file you'll want to look at is the electrical circuit diagrams, the one for 2003-on has the diagram on page 106. Link to that page attached.

 

Thank you! do you know whether the sunroof indicators overhead are supposed to illuminate at night? and i found the problem...the button for the gas turns on my fog lights and my fog light button opens up the gas tank flap...WTF

 

I don't see a bulb on the wiring diagram for the sun roofs.
